Farming was a very important part of Oak Creek's history since the majority of it's citizens were farmers well into the 1950's. Our farm shed was moved to the complex in 1984, and contains farming tools and equipment from 1830 -1950's. The Oak Creek area has several antique farm equipment collectors and many were very generous in helping build our collection. Inside you will find horse and people powered plows, a threshing belt, along with many implements that made early farming at least a little easier. Nearly everything in the farm shed was used on farms in the Oak Creek area, making it an authentic look into the area's agricultural history.
